I cancelled more than 30 days ahead and, according to the policy, should have gotten a full refund. Instead, they charged me a $250 cancellation fee. Their cancellation policy isn’t honest, so watch out for unexpected charges.

The accommodations were great, and the feel is more convenient and less Cancun-style. After traveling so much, this is probably the closest resort experience we’ve found in the States. Pensacola is just minutes away, and don’t forget Navarre. Cheers!

The view from the condos in the 07 stack is amazing. It’s the best tower to stay in, especially that stack.

The master bedroom bed needs replacing because it was very uncomfortable. The views of both the gulf and bay are beautiful.

The units show their age, with visible wear and tear, and the main pool water was cold even though we were told all the pools were heated. The staff were nice and the beach was close, though. It wasn’t bad, but it could’ve been better.
