We visited in January during the off-season, and the place was beautiful. The Gulf-side views are hard to beat, especially from the balcony while listening to the waves. The rooms were clean and had a nice, big shower. We ate breakfast at the lobby restaurant. The breakfast burrito with fresh-made salsa is worth recommending. Prices were good, though that may have been because we came in winter.

We’d always wanted to stay here, so we booked at the last minute. We’ll be back! The whole experience was exceptional, from the friendly staff to the lovely atmosphere in the lobby and restaurant. The room was clean, and the mattresses and bedding were just what you’d hope for. We loved the robes, too. If you can, splurge on a balcony view. We’ll recommend this amazing hotel to our friends.

The views are gorgeous, and the rooms are large, clean, and comfortable. It’s a lovely, classy hotel with beautiful furnishings. Breakfast at the lobby restaurant was excellent, and the staff were so friendly and helpful. We were sorry to leave and can’t wait to come back.

My daughter and I stayed for several days, December 19-24, our first visit to PBR. It went well beyond what we expected. The property is easy to get around, and all the staff were kind and helpful. We had a Gulf-front room with two queen beds. The huge balcony, floor-to-ceiling windows, and sliding patio door made it feel like there was nothing between us and the beach. It was so relaxing. The room was spacious, with clean linens, blackout curtains for sleeping in, a mini fridge, and a Keurig with good K-cup options. We had Walmart deliver snacks and creamer. The restaurant food was very good, though they charge an 18% resort restaurant fee, so we only ate there a couple of times. For convenience, it was worth it. Lots of things are within walking distance, and the pier is a short walk along the beach. You won’t be disappointed.
