We were left stranded without a refund and had to look for somewhere else to stay. When we arrived, we had friends staying with us at another place. The woman with a monkey, who stays in the building where the actual bed is supposed to be, saw them and immediately told us to leave. There wasn’t even a bed, just a pullout couch. We lost our money and got no refund at all. This place is a scam. If I could give it zero stars, I would. Do not stay!
