The view was spectacular, and the beach was beautiful and uncrowded, but Condo H badly needs attention. For a family of seven we got just eight towels and one roll of toilet paper for the whole week. The unit was sparsely furnished, and we had to buy a bunch of things. The furniture was wobbly particle board; half the outlets didn't work, and plugs fell out of the old ones that did. The water turned brown while we were using it. We also had to clean and wash the bedding when we arrived because it wasn't clean enough for me. It could be a really nice place if the owner invested in upkeep. It felt like they wanted to make as much money as possible without putting anything into maintenance.

Our stay in Unit H was the worst vacation rental experience we've ever had. The property was a dump, and there was black mold in the unit. We would never consider staying here again.

There are several condos available through different sources, so keep that in mind. We rented H through Pensacola Beach Prop and got a great condo for the price and location. Literally.

This is always our favorite place to stay in Pensacola. Parking can be a real headache, though, and I did consider taking off a star because of it.

I've never rented a condo on the beach before and didn't know what to expect, but this turned out to be a perfect spot on the gulf. You can walk from the condo to the beach, use the easily accessible bathroom, and head back for lunch when you need to. Beach access is nearly private, and there's a trolley to the boardwalk. I'd consider staying here again if I return to Pensacola Beach.
