The room was exceptionally clean, and the pools and hot tub were spotless and kept at a comfortable temperature. After long beach days, the hot tub was especially relaxing. The beach and ocean views were beautiful and peaceful, too. I brought my 12-year-old daughter for a five-day mini vacation, but the problems with staff overshadowed those good parts. An older male employee kept staring at my daughter through a window in a way that made me very uneasy. As soon as I noticed, I took her away from the area and down to the beach. Another time, a younger male employee was loudly swearing while on the phone. I also heard two female employees speaking negatively about a coworker in front of guests. One seemed pregnant, and from their clothes and behavior I assumed they were managers. The lack of professionalism was really disappointing. We still enjoyed ourselves when we were away from the hotel, but we won't stay here again. We’ll choose a Hilton next time. EDIT: Ms. Richard's, I looked up your name and confirmed from your photo and LinkedIn profile that you are the General Manger. You were one of the employees speaking badly about coworkers and swearing. That makes this worse than I first thought. You don't seem concerned that an employee stared at my child inappropriately, which says a lot about you as General Manager. I truly don't understand how you're employed. I'm disgusted.

The kids' splash area and regular pools make this a great setup for families, and there's an outdoor bar too. We’ve stayed here twice, first in July 2022 and again in April 2024. Beach access is the best part: we could spend some time on the sand, head back so the kids could nap, then enjoy the pool for the rest of the day. The location is hard to beat, and the staff were kind and friendly throughout both stays.

The hotel itself is very nice, but the front desk experience was poor. We booked several rooms for medical reasons, couldn't get the location I needed, and ended up staying just one night. One evening I tried several times to speak with someone, but only one young woman was working. She kept having a long conversation with a guest checking in while the line grew behind them. At checkout, the young man who helped us went straight over to another employee and openly discussed us. If you don't mind a room in any location and front desk staff who come across as pretentious, this may suit you. I won't be back. I'm a Marriott Titanium member and found other hotels, which I did stay at.

I was overwhelmed by the hotel choices for our first trip to Pensacola Beach, and had been deciding between this place and the nearby Fairfield. As soon as we arrived, I knew I’d picked well. Since the hotel is at the end of a long stretch of hotels and condos, the beach outside was much less crowded than farther down. Our king room with bunk beds had a direct Gulf view that was incredible. The room was spotless, the beds were comfortable, and every staff member we met was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was hot and had lots to choose from, including oatmeal, eggs, toast, bagels, waffles, yogurt, and sausage. Someone was always keeping the area clean, and parking was easy every time. I’m very picky about hotel cleanliness, and this place impressed me. We’ll definitely stay here on another visit.

Beach access is right there, and the pool was amazing. We had a great five-day stay, with shops, food, and entertainment all within walking distance.
