Comfort Suites Peoria Sports Complex

Mariah made a big difference when I called Comfort Suites Peoria Sports Complex about my reservation on February 18, 2026. I had an issue with the booking, and she listened, reassured me, and quickly said she’d take care of it. She was professional, polite, and attentive the whole time. I’m very pleased with how it worked out and appreciate her help. I believe her support made the situation go much more smoothly, and she’s a real asset to the team.

This cost us $1,000 and didn’t feel worth it. We stayed for a week and had to keep asking for the room to be cleaned. The TV was outdated, the hall floors creaked, and the stairwell by the pool smelled. The hot tub looked dirty, and with five people listed in the room we still got only four towels. Employees were often on their phones. After the first day our key cards stopped working, and at the desk nobody checked whether we were actually staying in the room. The side doors didn’t lock, the elevator door seemed unreliable, and the shower door wouldn’t stay shut unless we wedged a towel in it. The fridge door wouldn’t close, there weren’t many outlets for charging, and the room phone didn’t work. I’ve had better service at a $40-a-night hotel.

Joey's Luna, the Front Desk Supervisor, handled my reservation through Expedia and was happy to arrange a first-floor room when I asked. Breakfast at this location was great.

Ami, the GM, really cares about both the staff and guests, and she feels like a great fit for the job. Mariah at the front desk is warm and welcoming, and she’s the reason I chose to stay here. Joey works hard and comes across like he’s looking out for the hotel and its people. The housekeepers take pride in their work, and the place is very clean and detailed. Breakfast is excellent, fresh, hot, and kept stocked. I’ve stayed in hotels all over the country, and this one is my number one. It feels like a home, which isn’t something I expect from hotels. I’m in the top 10% of Google hotel reviewers worldwide, and I’m not paid or compensated for my reviews.
