The staff were courteous and made us feel welcome, going out of their way to make the stay worthwhile. I loved the jacuzzi, and breakfast was amazing. It was a wonderful stay with great accommodations.

The hotel was being renovated during my visit. It was good value and close to shopping and places to eat, only minutes from Peoria Civic Center and downtown. Check-in staff were friendly and very helpful, and the hotel was quiet. Breakfast had a mix of hot and cold choices. The room was spacious, though the shower pressure was poor. I’d stay again and hope the renovations are finished by then.

Our request for part of the charge back was resisted, and we still haven't received anything. We won't be coming back. This was after a rough stay near the end of February 2026. Our key card wouldn't open the room, so an employee had to let us in with a special machine. We were told availability meant we had to be moved to another room, which they called an "upgrade," and the cost ended up much higher than we expected. The room had threadbare carpet and loose bathroom flooring. The tub wouldn't shut off fully, the sink drained very slowly, and the toilet barely flushed. The tub bottom even felt like it might give way. The hallways had debris all over them.

The room felt welcoming, with clean, fresh-smelling surroundings and lovely decor. We also had a great view, and getting around Peoria from the location was easy. Check-in went quickly without any hassle. The staff were courteous, professional, and neatly dressed. It made for a really pleasant stay, and I’d happily come back. I recommend this place to anyone needing somewhere to stay in Peoria.

Looks like they're renovating the whole place. I had a fantastic stay, with welcoming staff, a warm atmosphere, and very reasonable prices.
