The ski-on, ski-off access was incredible, and we'd happily stay here again and again. The renovation has done a lot for this very special place. Staff were friendly, the rooms were clean, and the beds were very comfortable.

We're not skiers, but staying here in the Peru, Vermont area was still a fantastic experience and made our vacation better. Everyone was great, from the bar and restaurant staff to the people who suggested places to eat or see nearby. Robyn, the gentleman who runs the place, was fantastic. I enjoyed hearing his stories and chatting with him. I'd definitely come back and stay here again.

My stay was really pleasant, and I had no complaints. Robin was especially helpful and has a good repertoire of jokes. I also enjoyed a tasty dinner at the Trailhead restaurant. The staff were very friendly, and the hotel is a big improvement over the previous ownership. I'd definitely stay again.

We had a great midweek ski trip with our two kids. Being close to the mountain was the best part: there's a boot and ski room, and you can pretty much ski from the door to the main lift. The welcoming lobby was nicely decorated, with lots of board games that had all their pieces, a big fireplace, and a quiet feel. The downstairs game room was dated, and the air hockey and pool tables were pretty beat up, but still worked. The kids didn't mind, and there was plenty of space and gym mats for them to run and jump around. The front desk coverage was pretty bare, with one guy seeming to oversee the whole hotel, so expect to look after yourself if you need something. Restaurant prices were a bit steep, as you'd expect for mountain food, but the food and service were good. Lots of families with kids stayed over the weekend, so this may not suit you if you're after a quiet, adults-only hotel.
