Holiday Inn Pewaukee - Milwaukee West by IHG

The pool was clean, though I wish it had been a little warmer. The hot tub seems to have the same issue everywhere, maybe! Our double queen room was spacious, and those beds were so comfortable that I slept soundly. As silver members, we were recognized right away at the front desk. The young man there was personable and helpful, giving us dinner and breakfast options. It's a large inn with beautiful furnishings. Overall, we had a great experience, with clean surroundings and friendly, helpful staff. It's the best stay I've had at a Holiday Inn.

For $12, the breakfast was comparable to what you'd get at any breakfast spot, and it was very good. Silas kept the buffet running smoothly with prompt, courteous service. There were hot scrambled eggs, sausage links, crisp bacon, oatmeal, pancakes, and breakfast potatoes, plus toast, bagels, muffins, orange juice, coffee, and tea.

I especially appreciated the staff's kindness and service during my stay, particularly Lucy. She treated customers like family, with a warm smile and kind words all the time. She's as good as it gets.

A big group of us came for my nephew's wedding, and the hotel was very accommodating. The front desk woman was so friendly, she wanted to adopt him! Lucy in the downstairs restaurant was also really friendly at breakfast. The place was unbelievably clean and beautiful, and the customer service was top notch. I can't remember the front desk woman's name, but I'd definitely stay here again!
