The pool deck was cracked and broken, and the torn lounge chairs made sitting out there impossible. Even the electric chair overlooking the pool had exposed wires. The rooms had roaches, so we didn't stay overnight. Staff also kept confronting us about rules they said the office had told them to enforce, but office staff denied giving those instructions and said they'd correct it. There was a lot of miscommunication and the service wasn't friendly. This place needs a serious upgrade, fast.

I usually don't leave negative reviews, but families with kids should think twice about this place. It smelled strongly of smoke, as if heavy smokers had been staying there, and every room had some kind of stain on the carpet or sheets.

The room was clean and laid out nicely, and the stay was cheap. It's right off the expressway, too. But the card machine wasn't working, so I had to go find an ATM and pay cash. The TV wouldn't turn on even after I checked the remote and cord. Breakfast was just waffles, toast, milk, juice, and coffee, with no eggs, fruit, or cereal. They only supplied one very small bar of face soap in the bathroom.

They've always looked after me here. The woman at the desk has helped me with the TV and sorted out any other issues I've had. The staff are amazing.

Breakfast was pretty sad. Still, the people are friendly, and the pool and Jacuzzi actually work. It's not the best place, but those things were nice.
