The staff were so kind, the hotel was spotless, and we had a hot breakfast waiting each morning. We also really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. This was our first stay at Derby Inn since we started coming to Eagle River for the world championship snowmobile races, and we'd absolutely recommend it, 12/10.

The ladies working the shifts over the first weekend of February deserve a special mention. Everyone we met was welcoming and smiling, and they kept the front area and pool clean while helping with breakfast each morning. The pool and Jacuzzi were fantastic, and the location was great too. They took such good care of everything that we felt right at home.

That breakfast was easily the best we've had at a hotel. The beds were so comfortable you just sink into the pillows and sheets, and the rooms and rest of the hotel were clean. We also liked the pool and hot tub, and the service was fantastic. We'd definitely suggest the Derby Inn when visiting Eagle River or nearby.

The pool and hot tub were great, and there were so many tasty choices on the breakfast menu. Our beds were comfortable, everything was really clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful stay.

The service at this location has won me over. The staff were super nice, professional, and efficient, and they went beyond what was expected to help and assist their guests. I usually stay at Hilton hotels, but from now on I'll be choosing Best Western. 10+!
