Chestnut Hill Hotel

I only stayed one night for work, but left feeling relaxed and wanting to plan a long weekend back at this lovely hotel in such a beautiful neighborhood. The beds were really comfortable, I enjoyed the espresso in my room, and breakfast was included and just right. I came away without any stress.

We loved staying here for M4 & GCs wedding. The setting is nice, the rooms are really comfortable, and there's outdoor seating where I enjoyed time with family before heading into the brewery. It reminded me of Clint Eastwoods place in Carmel, Hogs Breath Inn. The location is great too. Across the street, don't miss the Hideaway record shop, especially on release day, and take a stroll to the farmers market!

The parking was the biggest frustration. The spaces behind the hotel are so narrow that getting in and out of the car is difficult, and even as a paying guest I had to circle and wait for a spot. There isn't any guarantee you'll get one. Noise was another problem. My room was above a bar, and the front desk told me it would quiet down soon because the bar was closing. It carried on for more than an hour after that, so relaxing was hard. The hotel made a great first impression, with a cool atmosphere, and my room was clean and nicely done. But the parking and the lack of follow-through on the noise issue left me very disappointed with the stay.

Happy New Year! I celebrated my daughter's 40th birthday in the Bombay Room and booked a room upstairs as well. The service was wonderful from the time I made the reservations, and the rooms were neat, clean, and nice. A special thank you to Michelle, Jill, and Tyesha for your patience, understanding, compassion, dedication, and all the time you gave us. You represented the Chestnut Hill Hotel Team so well and are a real asset. I offer you all my roses and salute you. I look forward to doing business again. Many blessings to you and your families!
