The staff made a real difference. Everyone was attentive, friendly, and helpful, and it was clear they cared about guests being comfortable. The hotel felt calm and professional, with inviting, well-kept common areas. Our room was roomy and cozy, with a comfortable bed and a quiet atmosphere that made it easy to rest after a long day. From check-in through check-out, everything ran smoothly. It was clean, modern, and comfortable throughout. A reliable, enjoyable stay, and I’d happily come back to Courtyard by Marriott or recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, stress-free hotel.

Catherine and Christopher at the front desk were so helpful, and we’re really grateful for their hospitality. They made the trip extra special. Getting a late checkout was no problem, and being able to leave our bags after checkout while we wandered around the city for a couple of hours helped a lot. The valet team was great and super friendly. Thanks, Jay! Great location, too.

I booked directly with the hotel and prepaid for a friend’s room, then authorized my card for incidentals to make check-in easy. The hotel sent me a secure e-signature form, which I completed and they accepted. But when my friend arrived, they couldn’t find it. They sent me a replacement form, and even after I completed that one, they still couldn’t see the card authorization. After an hour of trying to sort it out, Natasha at the front desk refused my friend the room, leaving them stranded in the city at 9 pm. The next morning, the hotel charged my card the full amount for the title day reservation. Stay classy, Marriott Philly.

Dao did a great job coordinating everything for our law firm’s out of state hearing. We ended up moving the proceedings to this facility and booked Salon I, their ballroom, along with several conference rooms. The in-house AV vendor took care of all the technical needs without a hitch. The hospitality and professionalism were excellent, and we’ll consider them again if we’re in town for future business.

The rooms were great, and I had a really quiet week there, even though I usually notice every little noise. I never heard the weirdos playing board games in the courtyard at 2AM. The staff are what really stand out: everyone was so nice, from the late night clerk and valet people I kept bothering, to Jacob, whose ear I talked off while waiting for my friends, and the housekeeping crew I met in the halls. I got screwed by a boutique hotel in Fishtown, called over to the Courtyard, and was settled into a room in no time. Absolutely the best stay I’ve had in a long time. This is my go to spot in Philadelphia now.
