The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious for one or two people, with a great city view through the floor-to-ceiling window. It stayed very cold even with the temperature set to 72, though. Breakfast and happy hour were both very nice, and the staff were friendly and helpful. It’s a good location in a very walkable area. An alarm was pulled one night, but that wasn’t the hotel’s fault.

We arrived around checkout time, so getting in was a bit hectic. After that, we had a lovely stay. The staff were all friendly, helpful, and efficient. Our room was clean and pretty large, with comfortable beds. The location was good for walking to attractions and trains. Complimentary breakfast was a really nice touch, and a rarity these days, as was the in-room sink with filtered water. We’d definitely stay again.

I’ve stayed here several times. The location is great, service is good, and the price is usually pretty good for the area. Rooms are very average, though, and each stay has come with some minor issue, like a leaking shower, a faucet that stopped working, or a broken toilet. They fix things fairly quickly, but it’s still inconvenient. They have a decent free breakfast spread, plus free happy hour every day with cheese, bread, wine, and beer. It’s a very okay hotel.

The room was spacious and clean, and the location was central and convenient. Leah at the front desk was extremely kind and friendly throughout our stay. They also let us check in early and upgraded our room, which we really appreciated.

The front desk hostess greeted us with a smile and a great personality, which I loved. Our room was clean, spacious for a city hotel, and had a big TV and everything needed for a short stay. The location is ideal, close to city hall, love park, and lots of good restaurants and bars. Great for Xmas village if you’re in town for one night. The standard breakfast buffet was busy in the morning, but free is free. Great hotel.
