Tanya was professional and really helpful. She gave me directions to several attractions and all the hotel information I needed, and she made me feel like family. From the front desk to the kitchen staff and everyone else at the hotel, people made me feel at home. Excellent service.

We spent one night in the city for a concert. The place was clean, the staff were friendly, and the hotel was conveniently located and priced, close to everything. It was an easy walk to the food gems in China Town and Reading Terminal Market. Parking is separate, but costs less than the garage parking and overnight daily rates at other hotels. I'd recommend staying here and would come back.

We had a roof and parking lot view from our room, so next time I'll know to ask for a city view. The staff were friendly and nice, and the place was clean and felt safe. For the location, we'd stay again. We were here three nights, but nobody came to clean or check on the room. That was weird, though they did give us extra towels. There were hundreds of teen athletes in the hotel for fencing and rowing events, and the cleaners were busy with the athletes' messes. Breakfast was included and just okay. The cereals, yogurts, pastries, sausage, and oatmeal were very good, but the powdered eggs were terrible. After seeing the à la carte breakfast menu, we'd skip the included breakfast and order from it instead; those dishes looked very good. As a family touring the city, we loved the location right beside Reading Terminal Market and Chinatown. Parking next door was the best rate we found in Philly, $40 for 24 hours, and there were free electric chargers for my EV.

The rooms were a good size, smelled fine, and had very comfortable beds. The location is really good, right next to the terminal market. Philadelphia generally has a lot of homeless people, and some areas felt a little sketchy at night, though that's outside the hotel's control. Also, information online saying breakfast is included is wrong. You have to pay separately. The staff were extremely nice and quick to respond. They took care of every issue we had within a couple of minutes.
