Hyatt Centric Rittenhouse Square Philadelphia

Patrick at the front desk helped me out on departure day by extending checkout to fit my later flight. He was professional and friendly, and the customer service from both the desk and housekeeping was amazing. Sonya and Mayelin cleaned my room with such warmth, patience and efficiency. I wish I'd brought cash to leave them both substantial tips. This was my second work stay at the Hyatt Centric Center City, and I liked my room much more this time. I asked for a corner room with a view and got a beautiful one, especially at night, along with a spacious, comfortable room. At a time when people can feel treated like commodities instead of customers, I appreciated this experience. I'll definitely return.

The room was really comfortable, and SEPTA made it easy to get here. My two gripes were the tiny gym, with several broken machines, and the elevators. They take ages to arrive when called, though they're very fast once you're inside. It's oddly like that at any time of day. Otherwise, I highly recommend the hotel. It's part of the hotel collection for AMEX platinum holders.

Everything looked beautiful, and the shower was awesome. Check-in staff were exceptionally professional too. It felt worth it. The bed was unbelievably soft, so if you like a firmer mattress, make sure to ask for one, lol.

Jessica did a great job helping our law firm sort out all the details for a group stay while we were in town for a week-long out-of-state hearing. Cole was happy to handle our shipments and requests, and the whole facility was wonderful, with hospitable, accommodating people throughout. Our courier, who made several deliveries to the conference room, had rave things to say about the bellmen. We'd consider staying here again on future trips to the area.
