The location was convenient, though not enough to make me want to stay again. Customer service was okay, but the room was in poor repair despite being clean. The toilet kept running, and the shower had no bracket for the showerhead. A tough experience.

For this price, I expected more. The dresser drawers wouldn't stay closed, the smoke alarm beeped the whole time, and the bathroom sink was clogged. There wasn't a microwave or mini fridge in the rooms at all.

I booked a room for my fiancé and me. As soon as staff saw that we were Brown, they were disrespectful and rude, as if they weren't Brown themselves. The man at the front desk kept interrupting while I tried to explain, then called the police as though we were a threat. We went down the road and rented a room elsewhere, with the police driving us there. Getting my money back turned into a wild goose chase, so I ultimately had my bank recover it. If you're not Brown, they'll treat you just right. The rooms all smelled like cigarettes and didn't feel properly secured. I'd stayed here before and had to switch rooms three times for that reason. This place should be anyone's last resort when they just need somewhere to rest. I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy.

They took all the clothes I had to my name and wouldn't let me get my luggage. My friend had booked a room here, and when I tried to get a key for my things, they refused. My friend went back to get the key after paying, and they denied her one too. I tried calling the police for help getting my luggage, but they were no help. They stole my whole luggage and were very disrespectful.
