Old City is very walkable from this apartment complex, and Target, restaurants, coffee shops, and other things you need are close by. The location is fantastic. Both the owner and property manager are incredibly responsive and ready to help with any issues. It's been a great experience.

I've been here for two years and am so grateful for the time I've had. Sam is a wonderful landlord, always helpful and quick to respond to questions. Maintenance is easy to request and gets handled promptly. The team is friendly, professional, and often proactive. I'd absolutely recommend living here.

People in this building are wonderful. When I was struggling to dig my car out of the snow, one tenant went back inside for a shovel and helped clear it out right away. It's a great community, and the location is great too.

I spent three years here and loved the building and its owners. With a St. Bernard, though, I eventually outgrew the place. They always made us feel comfortable and did the right thing.

The apartment has leaks around two windows and in several spots on the kitchen wall. We notified the owner, Daniel Sablosky, in early March. At first he said repairs would take a couple of weeks, then a couple of months, and eventually he stopped responding. It's nearly August and nothing has been fixed. In today's rain, a third window started leaking too. The owner also let the rental license lapse for several months because the fire safety certifications had expired. There was a fire in the downstairs common room during that period. When tenants tried to form a union, the landlord had us served and tried to sue us for more than $50,000, claiming we defaced the building by using Scotch tape to put up 8.5 x 11" sheets advertising the union. Our attorney contacted Mr. Sablosky's attorney, who dropped the lawsuit. There have been other problems: flooding from the apartment above came through our bedroom ceiling and pooled in the carpet and in the wall between the bedroom and bathroom. The HVAC filter wasn't changed for ten months after we moved in. The building has great views, but I don't think the location is good. Homeless people are often outside using drugs, and cars parked in front of or on the same block as the building regularly have their windows smashed. In my opinion, renting from Stonehenge Advisors LLC or living in any property owned or managed by Daniel Sablosky isn't worth the headache. One last thing: reviews for Stonehenge Advisor's newer properties include what I believe are fake tenant reviews by Daniel Sablosky praising the leasing agent, Sam. Sam Sablosky is Daniel Sablosky's son, and they own the buildings those reviews concern.
