Sharnita made moving in so much easier. She was quick to respond from my first inquiry, answered all my questions, and kept helping even after I moved in. She's friendly, funny, and has such a bubbly personality. I felt supported through the whole transition, and I'm really grateful for her help. The building is beautiful and consistently clean, and management clearly takes good care of it. Its location is convenient, close to everything I need. It's been an awesome place to live.

The Arch is comfortable, with gorgeous interiors and exterior, and I don't hear my neighbors. The staff are friendly and helpful throughout the building, especially Sharnita Payton in the front office. She gave me my first tour, made sorting out the lease easy, and remains a great presence around the building. No sour notes there. I gave the location four stars because mornings can get loud on the lower floors, being right off the Parkway. Still, the Parkway has events all year, and the Comcast buildings and the Concourse are across the street. There are several grocery stores nearby, and I can even see my voting location from my window. Depending on what you're looking for, the location might be a full five stars.

I'm planning to keep renewing because of Sharnita. She's professional, personable, easy to reach, and dependable. She handles problems gracefully and takes time to listen to and address your concerns. Simply the best.

The apartment prices feel very reasonable for this location, and the whole team is responsive and helpful. Sharnita and the rest of the staff are excellent.
