The parking cost $50 a day, which feels out of line with the stay. At check-in I was told it would go on my room bill, but the garage attendant later said only one night had been charged and that I owed more. Sorting that out and getting a receipt meant an unnecessary back-and-forth at checkout. A four-star hotel should handle billing more smoothly. The lobby looks attractive and the people I dealt with, including housekeeping and the front desk, were friendly and polite. But the service didn't feel distinctive enough to earn a four-star rating. My room was dated and poorly kept: worn furniture, bubbled ceiling paint, rough low-quality towels, old in-room technology, and "premium coffee" that was just basic packets. The room, upkeep, amenities, and value felt more like two or three stars at best. I'd have had more realistic expectations if the hotel were advertised as a solid mid-range option. As it is, the rating doesn't match the experience. Nice lobby, pleasant staff, overpriced parking.

The bed was very comfortable, though the pillows weren't, which seems to happen at most hotels. The Warwick is an older hotel that used to be the place to stay, but it seems to need more attention and better prioritization. During our stay, the toilet wouldn't refill after its first flush. Maintenance fixed it, but said they didn't have the right part and hoped it would keep working. Outlets by one side of the bed were dead, and the shower swung from freezing to scalding with no comfortable temperature, even after I asked for help. Our room also wasn't serviced one of the three nights, and some hardware and finishes were coming off the wall or door.

The staff were friendly, but I don't see myself coming back. Rooms are dated, and the old plumbing is noisy. A few times the toilet started running in the middle of the night and woke me up. I could also hear neighbors showering and flushing. There wasn't a USB outlet. The room had an iHome, but it was broken, and I haven't traveled with an iPod in more than ten years anyway. After paying over $200 a night, having to spend $5 for drip coffee in the cafe felt a little ridiculous. I would've appreciated coffee in the lobby for guests.

Tavia and Francesca welcomed us so warmly at the Warwick last night. They kindly upgraded us for my birthday, and Tavia even went to the room herself to make sure it was ready. We can't wait to see the rooms once the renovation is finished.

The fire alarm went off around 9:00 a.m., and everyone had to evacuate. The exits weren't clearly marked, and the lobby staff gave us no guidance or updates. No one confirmed whether there was an emergency, where we should gather, or when it was safe to go back, even while the alarm was still sounding. The lack of communication and management was extremely troubling. The website says parking is $50, but I was charged $75 after rushing out of a building that wasn't burning, without help from any staff member. The room was in unacceptable shape from the moment we arrived. The furnishings were extremely dated, some were falling apart and looked badly repaired, the sheets didn't fit the mattress properly, and there was significant water damage on the ceiling. This didn't meet the standards I expected from your brand. I request a prompt review of what happened and an appropriate resolution. Thank you for your attention.
