There’s a small outdoor pool that was unexpectedly a little warm even in winter, plus a compact gym with treadmills, ellipticals, and enough equipment for a solid workout. The rooms feel recently refurbished, with fresh, modern interiors, a bit like the Aloft in Tempe. Airport access is convenient, though the neighborhood isn’t very walkable. I felt a little uncomfortable near the bus stop on an afternoon walk, so I wouldn’t necessarily suggest exploring on foot. The hotel’s breakfast choices are limited, and there aren’t many places to eat nearby, so plan ahead if that matters to you. On-site parking is available for a daily fee.

The rooms are clean and in good order, and the shuttle runs all day, which is a great option. The airport is close, but there isn’t much around the hotel that feels safe to walk to in the evening. I’d stay again if I needed a very clean hotel near the airport.

KATY was patient, very polite, and professional with me even though I gave her a hard time. Thanks to her and the team! My room, sheets, and the lobby were all clean, and they were very accommodating. I don’t have a single complaint. My stay was great!

Katie at the front desk was amazing. I’d forgotten my notebook for a client meeting, and she went to the back and got me a notepad. I also watched her go out of her way to help everyone in the lobby, including someone who wasn’t a guest and was in a pinch trying to call a cab. I hope her boss recognizes her attitude and hospitality.

It’s a welcoming, friendly hotel for people of all ages, and the rooms are always clean. Staff are available at any hour and helpful with questions about the hotel, the surrounding area, or entertainment. I absolutely love staying here.
