I lived here for a year, from 2021 to 2022, and it’s one of the best apartments I’ve rented. The pros: it was quiet and clean, with pretty lights at night, respectful neighbors, and well-kept landscaping. The gym and pool were clean, and there were vending machines and food truck nights. Management, especially Rosemary and Tina, were friendly. The new stainless steel appliances and white counters looked classy and modern. It’s close to the airport, groceries, and shopping. The downsides: people sometimes left dog waste around, and the smell near the grill area wasn’t appetizing. Rent for a studio went up to an absurd $1,350, though I know that’s the market right now. The area also has sketchy homeless addicts on one side and fancy Scottsdale shopping on the other. It never caused me trouble, but moving from out of state, I wish I’d known, since I like walking and didn’t feel very safe. Even so, I’d recommend living here. The pros outweigh the cons.
