The sunset views and little touches, like the orange tree on the property, made for a relaxing and memorable stay. The team made us feel welcome and cared for from beginning to end, even while the property hosted several events. Our event alone had over 600 guests, alongside two others happening at the same time, yet service stayed impeccable despite the packed schedule. Tim, the manager at the McArthur restaurant, deserves special thanks for his leadership and warm hospitality. Sinisa, Seth, Fernando, and Yari were also attentive and friendly. Maria G.from housekeeping made the stay feel personal with her thoughtful attention to small details, and they remembered our names. It’s rare to feel so well cared for while traveling. We’re grateful and already looking forward to coming back 💜

Even though we live nearby, visiting our friend at the Arizona Biltmore felt like entering another world. The grounds are lined with palms, and the pools are stunning. The resort combines historic architecture with modern elegance, and the relaxed atmosphere still feels refined. Every area seems thoughtfully designed, with timeless touches and a real sense of comfort. Our friend kept talking about the roomy rooms and wonderful service. We’d love to make this our own Phoenix staycation sometime.

Aaron and the whole team made this a perfect stay. They’re real professionals, and the service was everything you’d hope for. Room service came quickly, always hot and excellent, delivered by really pleasant people. The tea and coffee on site were delicious, and there were loads of quick grab-and-go choices you don’t see elsewhere, including chilled chocolate-covered bananas and a huge gelato selection that looked great. There are lots of pools, too. The Terrace court rooms had a quiet spot with a pool and hot tub. Thanks to Aaron and everyone else, especially the awesome valet team!

One of the nicest places I’ve stayed in 30 years of travel. The landscaping is magnificent, and the pools are beautiful. My villa, which came with a small upgrade charge, had its own lawn and fire pit. The accommodations and facilities were exceptional, and the rooms were spotless and quiet. It’s about 20 minutes from PHX airport.

The rooms are roomy, with a medium-soft bed, four big down-feeling pillows, a useful desk, and a huge chair for sitting. They’re nice without being over the top. The desk would work better if the internet weren’t so slow, and there was no Wi-Fi password provided. See my notes for the hidden gem. What really makes the Biltmore memorable is walking its grounds. It’s a visual treat and a unique part of staying here. The staff are amazing. Ask for directions and they’ll often stop what they’re doing and walk you there. It feels like the customer comes first. The bellmen are great, too.
