I’m here alone, and I’m a woman, so I really appreciated the genuine hospitality. My place is very clean, better than some places I’ve paid $200 a night for, and I’m extremely picky about cleanliness. What I’ve found here are genuine people doing the best they can and thriving. If you judge people by their appearance, that’s too bad for you. Would I recommend this place? Yes, but only if you’re a genuine person, because that’s what you’ll find here. I’ve read some of the reviews, and I had to say something because they don’t sound like the place I’m staying. It makes me wonder what those folks were really trying to do, if they were truly here. Thanks for hearing me out. Molly.

The rates are very reasonable, and the place stays quiet thanks to the gates and cameras. Mike, his family, and the employees were all friendly and professional. The apartment-style rooms have kitchens, bedrooms, living rooms, and tub or shower baths. I’d recommend Best Inn Suites in Phoenix, Arizona, and would happily stay there again.

Where are the owners? The day manager and his wife were so rude that, according to me, lots of people leave because of them. I also heard a blonde woman share tenants’ private information with anyone around on three separate occasions, which is downright illegal. They make you leave after 20 days because otherwise they have to refund your taxes, and the rooms are filthy with awful bugs. I was also charged for things they had no right to charge for. There are drug dealers everywhere, and people claim the day manager looks the other way for a few bucks. Never again for me, our friends, or our family. This place is a dump.

We found a nice café and shop down the street, where the staff were very polite and helpful. The people at the motel were kind too, and they helped get our belongings to the room. My kids and I stayed a couple of nights and were comfortable. Our suite was roomy, near the pool, and easy for me to get to with my wheelchair. The price is affordable, so my family will gladly come back whenever we're in Phoenix.

We booked this as a last-minute room because it fit our budget, but it was a bad experience. There were roaches throughout the room, including on the master bedroom bed, and all four of us slept on the pullout couch. We still woke up with bug bites. The non-smoking room smelled of cigarettes and bleach, and there were no sheets, blankets, or garbage cans. Staff wouldn't work with us to make up for it. Spending a little more to avoid this place would be worth it.
