The pool was disgusting. My son was about to get in, but the cloudy water was green and you couldn’t see the bottom. I travel with my family and want us to feel safe and comfortable, without worrying about germs. If that matters to you too, I’d reconsider staying here. Our rooms smelled damp and a bit moldy even though they’d supposedly been cleaned. The carpet looked gross and needed a deep cleaning or replacement, the walls were grimy, and the beds were lumpy and smelled like mold and feet. The bathroom had broken tiles around the toilet, a toilet that sat crooked, and a dark ring in the tub. The wall sockets were broken too. Check-in was unpleasant, with no welcome or smile and a bad-mood attitude. The DAYS INN name was a disappointment for me and my whole family. I hope this is taken seriously.

The breakfast wasn’t much, and the apple juice was pink and tasted like water. At check-in, there was already a long line of people waiting to complain. The floors were dirty, some lights didn’t work, and the shower curtain had red stains, though I couldn’t tell if they were blood. We had requested a non-smoking room and did get one, but it clearly smelled of smoke. This was by far the worst hotel I’ve stayed in. Don’t go here.

I traveled with my three children and was given just one bath towel, one washcloth, one hand towel, and one floor towel. When I asked for more, they kicked us off the property. The manager on duty cancelled my reservation after I’d already checked in and refused to give her name. When I asked to speak to management, she gave me a business card without any other numbers. I asked for the corporate office and was told to look it up on the website. The staff talk down to customers, show poor service, and make up their own rules instead of working with people. They need to go back to customer service classes.

The desk clerk said there wouldn’t be bath towels until the next morning when I asked for them. After more than 30 minutes, he finally brought two flimsy towels and tossed them toward my wife. The staff were rude, and I called corporate to see what they’ll do. Our room had no towels or blanket, and I wouldn’t even sit on the bed cover. The room phone didn’t work, and the elevator was filthy. Worst hotel experience ever. These people have no business running a business. A disaster.

The room didn’t feel clean, like nobody had put effort into it. There was pizza crust in the nightstand, and I was iffy about the beds. We got only two small towels and no washcloths. The toilet paper had no holder anywhere, and there was no remote or any soap, including shower soap or shampoo. I’m never staying there again.
