Extend-a-Suites - Phoenix Airport

The price is a big part of why I'll definitely be back. This place feels bright, clean, safe, and convenient, and I love it. The property and front office are well cared for, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. Even though the front desk clerk was training, she was courteous and got me checked in quickly without trouble. My room smelled good, with fresh, clean bedding and towels, nice furniture, and a bathroom and sink area that were really well kept. Housekeeping does an amazing job. There was an updated fridge, coffee maker with packets, cups and condiments, plus an iron, ironing board, plenty of lighting, and a large front window.

The place looks great inside and out now, and there's a big fence around it. I know someone who works there now. A year ago, when I was homeless, other homeless people used to hang out there. It feels safe to sleep there now.

We ended up here for two nights because our flights were canceled, and it was easy to stay. The shuttle was simple to use, and the airport is nearby. If you need a place near the airport without spending a fortune, this is a good choice. The room had no carpeting, which I appreciated. It was clean, the AC worked well, and the pool was clean and well maintained. Staff were friendly and courteous. Free WiFi and breakfast, too.

The room was a good size, very clean, and had a fridge, which is always handy. They even provide earplugs in case plane noise gets loud. It didn't bother me, but I thought that was a nice gesture. The price was very reasonable, and I'd definitely recommend it if you need to stay near the airport. It's close to the airport. After my flight landed, I called and they clearly explained how to get the shuttle and where to wait for pickup. The driver and the gentleman at reception were both very nice.
