Katie took great care of us and listened when I explained how rough our trip had been. After two days on the road and getting caught in a bad snowstorm, we needed somewhere relaxing that felt like home, and this hotel did. The staff were welcoming and friendly, except for the bartender, though maybe it was just the end of her shift. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. This was the first bathroom where the shower felt nice and relaxing, and everything was accommodating. I'd most likely stay again and recommend it. I also forgot my wallet and realized when we were 30 minutes away. I called to say we were coming back, and the staff communicated well with each other to help me get it back. Thanks again!

The room staff clearly take pride in their work. All those little details were handled beautifully. The bed and pillows were really comfortable, and both the indoor pool in the main Atrium and the outdoor heated pool were nice. Free parking, and it's pet friendly. We found it through a Priceline deal at a super reasonable rate while visiting my daughter in Phoenix. The place looks old, but it's mostly kept up well. Just two complaints: the shower didn't drain, and the carpet, though it looked very clean, felt sticky in spots. I'll be back.

The $15 meal turned into $26 with all the added taxes, but aside from that, I had a very nice stay and look forward to staying again. The location was great, in an area that's mostly businesses. The building was beautiful, and our room was lovely and had everything we needed. The king bed was great, with fluffy pillows, and the heated indoor pool and jacuzzi felt wonderful.

We had a private balcony overlooking the indoor pool, and the room was really clean and smelled good. The bed was super comfortable. The shower had a large cascading head, plus wall dispensers for soap, shampoo, and conditioner. They also offered cable and some movie channels. I’ll definitely stay here again.

The banquet and bar teams were very good and accommodating. Tammy made me a really good margarita. The facility is nice, though a bit dated. I’d suggest avoiding a room facing the freeway because it’s very loud. The pools looked clean, but I didn’t get a chance to use them this time.
