Hazel was genuinely sweet, kind, and eager to help the whole time we were there. Her fantastic service lifted the experience a level. The breakfast was pretty good, and the hotel was decent inside for the price. The pool area was clean and passable, though the furniture felt cheap. From outside, the place looked a bit dated. Some updates to the exterior would improve my overall impression.

The front desk interaction was excellent, and the young man was super friendly. The hotel itself was clean. Finding the place was easy, though getting in was a bit tricky until I figured out where to go. I had to get to the airport very early, so I didn't check out the pool or breakfast. I'll stay here again.

I was impressed with the suite and the staff during our four-day stay. It was fresh, extremely clean, comfortable, and accommodating, and the property clearly gets looked after. Breakfast was standard continental fare, but the dining room was spotless and the food came out hot. The complimentary Uber to and from the airport was a nice touch, even though we didn't need it. I'd read some concerning reviews on Google and Expedia, so I contacted the location manager by email and phone beforehand. We ended up with absolutely nothing to complain about. After looking into the owner's story, I'm even prouder to support the business. We'll definitely return to GreenTree properties.

Hazel made check-in awesome. She's one of the happiest people I've ever met, with a beautiful smile, and she handled everything professionally. She even let me hold a Zoom meeting in the lobby and accommodated me with everything I needed. If I come back to town, I'll stay here because of her service. Thank you for being you, Hazel. My room was perfect: clean, smelled good, with carpet that looked really good and a comfortable bed. The bathroom was perfectly clean, no hair. This is a really nice hotel, and the employees take their jobs seriously. You can see it in everything.

The breakfast had lots of choices, which pleased me for my three boys, and the day shift staff were much more pleasant, greeting us with smiles. That was a bright spot in an otherwise disappointing stay. For $245 for one night, it didn't feel worth the money. The desk staff at check-in were unpleasant. The room was an okay size, but the TV remote didn't work, the bathtub drain was blocked, and the water only shut off if I jiggled the handle. The AC seemed to blow warm air instead of cooling.
