I hadn’t realized parking required a permit, and only found out when there was a sticker stuck to my car window. The bedroom had no fan or air movement, and there wasn’t a private bathroom, even though it was a master suite.

A good spot if you’re busy all day, or traveling as a couple, and mainly need somewhere to sleep. There’s a TV, a comfy bed, and the neighborhood is quiet. Grocery stores, restaurants, and hot air balloon rides are 5-10 minutes away.

We had a comfortable main-floor suite and room to relax during our week here in busy Phoenix. Even with the house full, Christine was a gracious host. Breakfast was flexible too. Thanks for everything!

I booked this because it was handy for a job interview, but I don’t think it’s otherwise a convenient base for someone traveling to this area. It was okay, though it’s just somebody’s house. Breakfast was included, with cereal, cheap frosted donuts, and muffins, but it wasn’t anything special.

The place was so peaceful, and our room was fantastic. The owner was soooo lovely and friendly. We stayed in Spring 2018 and loved it very much. This was the cleanest B&B I’ve ever seen. It’s a gem in the desert, with awesome ownership. I really recommend it. Tanja from Germany
