The room was hard to sleep in, with outside noise coming through thin walls. The shampoo and body wash bottles were empty, and there wasn’t a toilet paper holder, just a roll sitting on the shelf. I won’t stay here again. Parking was another problem. This hotel, like nearly every Hilton brand lately, charges a fee for parking, which I find greedy and bad business. There’s no security or pass for parking off site at the structure, yet guests are charged $10. The attendant didn’t ask if I had a vehicle at check-in, though I volunteered the information. I’ll tell others they can park there overnight while visiting businesses in the same plaza, since nothing marks my car as a hotel guest’s. The small lot in front has no way to distinguish guests from anyone else either, so there should be no problem leaving a car there long term.

The view from the window was lovely, and the hotel was quiet at night despite being close to everything. Restaurants, a gym, and a bar were nearby. Staff were warm, welcoming, and helpful from the moment I arrived. My room was spotless, comfortable, and had what I needed for a relaxing stay. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I’ll be back and recommend it to friends and family.

We have twins at GCU, and this hotel’s location works perfectly when we’re moving them in or out. The rooms are clean and quiet, and the free breakfast is really good. I also love that they welcome pets and have a great pet area. There’s plenty of free parking. We love staying here.
