The full kitchen, laundry, and generous space made the stay especially convenient. The rooms have a distinctive modern design and a fun feel throughout. It's perfectly placed for getting around downtown, and both check-in and checkout were easy. Staff responded quickly whenever we needed something. We'll definitely be back.

We had a wonderful stay in this bright, spacious apartment, decorated with colorful art in a distinctive modern shipping-container building. The location is excellent, an easy walk to the convention center, with lots of restaurants right outside. We had a great dinner at the Indian restaurant across the street. The full kitchen made breakfast and lunch easy, and the king bed was comfortable with plenty of pillow options. We could have used one more chair at the breakfast table, but we'd stay again.

Ida sits in a lively, walkable part of downtown Phoenix, near restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. Songbird Coffee & Tea House is just around the corner and worth a visit. We liked the building's steel lines, exterior corridors, and high guest roof deck with city views. Getting into the building and unit was easy; the instructions were clear, and our host answered questions quickly before arrival. Our one-bedroom was exactly as advertised, modern, well equipped, and very clean, as if recently renovated. The kitchen had a full-size fridge, stove, and sink, and the washer/dryer came in handy. My wife and I really enjoyed our stay and will be back.

IDA felt like the jewel of a downtown Phoenix arts district I found fun and safe. ASU, art walks, coffee, dining, nightlife, and art everywhere made the area awesome. Parking was so easy that I remarked on it every day, and I could watch my car overnight, though it never felt necessary, even during the packed New Year's stay. There were amenities I expected and some surprises, including an electric kettle with teas. My one regret is not leaving more time to explore and spend longer at Songbird coffee or eat at Matt’s Big Breakfast more often with owner Christina. I'll definitely return and stay much longer.
