Motel 6 Phoenix North - Bell Road

We opened the door to find stains on the bedsheet, no blanket, crumbs all over the floor, and a dingy smell. The property was unkept with garbage everywhere, and the people hanging around made us feel very uneasy. The staff seemed unprofessional and casual about the motel as a workplace. We walked straight back out after being there for five minutes and asked for a refund. Nobody asked why or offered to make things better. They wouldn't even give us a refund receipt, just said the money would go back on our card. Don't stay here unless you want trouble or health problems.

Nastiest hotel room I've ever seen. There was hair everywhere, dirty floors, and stained sheets. I could keep listing things. The staff said they had no clean sheets to replace them, so you'd be better off sleeping in your car. Do NOT stay here!

My stay at Motel 6 was great. The room was clean and comfortable, with what I needed to get a good night's rest. Staff were friendly and helpful, and check-in was quick and easy. I liked the convenient location, with food and stores close by, and the price was reasonable for the quality. The property felt quiet and safe. It's a simple, hassle-free place, and I'd come back.

The staff, both housekeeping and the front desk, were very sweet and helpful. The young woman really tried hard to accommodate us, and I truly appreciated it. But the place itself was a dump. We got moved through four rooms: one was dirty, one had a lock that wouldn't open, one had no TV, one had a shower taken apart, and the last had no AC. At night there were homeless people, cats, barking dogs, and loud music. I kept checking my car because two homeless guys were sitting in the lot burning trash. My daughter left her shoes behind, and whenever I called the front desk they either hung up or didn't answer. The pool looked yellow and really dirty. I know you get what you pay for, but this was by far the worst.
