You get what you pay for, though the staff were very helpful and check-in was quick and easy. The young man at the desk was polite, professional, and kind. Our room was missing several things, but they fixed that right away. The problems were hard to overlook. Our nonsmoking room smelled like a bar, and the linen still reeked even though they tried to cover it with cleaning products. The shower head leaked everywhere and the tub wouldn’t drain. In the evening, sketchy people were out everywhere. I wouldn’t feel safe staying here alone.

I’m a reward member, but this was the worst hotel experience I’ve had. When I booked, the clerk couldn’t spell my name correctly even after I gave it to her four times. I called again because I never got an email confirmation. The second clerk spelled it right and said it would be fixed in the system. On arrival, the front desk took an hour to check me in, only for me to find out my room card wasn’t activated. We drove three hours hoping to rest, but there were people constantly coming and going around the hotel, and we didn’t feel safe. A car sped through the parking lot and nearly hit us as we parked. The room had hair all over the restroom, dirt everywhere, and fingerprints on the mirrors, as if it hadn’t been cleaned. The next morning, the only thing available for breakfast was juice. We couldn’t cancel because there were no refunds, so we kept the rooms. I don’t recommend this hotel at all. Don’t stay here. Room: 3. Service: 1. Location: 1.

The breakfast in the lobby was a great way to end our stay, with hot and cold foods, coffee, and fruit. The front desk staff had excellent customer service, and the room was very nice. I loved the mirrors in the bathroom area, and the bed and plentiful pillows were comfortable. The television, microwave, and mini fridge were nice extras. The shower looked a little used and beat up, but the water temperature and pressure were perfect. I’d definitely recommend staying here. You won’t regret it.

The maintenance man was really nice and made me feel safe. The room itself was nice, but the sheets and comforter had blood stains, and the housekeeper said there were no clean towels when I asked the next day. The outside walking area and stairs were really dirty, and it was hard to get up and down with so many homeless people sitting and sleeping in the stairway. The night representative gave me the wrong checkout information. I spoke with the manager, who quickly fixed it and let us stay at no charge because of the representative’s mistake.
