The apartment was spacious, had a nice patio, and check-in and checkout were easy. I was there for one night for a concert, though parking was a hassle. I tried paying through the app about two hours before check-in and no spaces were available, so I had to contact the parking company and wait for one to open up. In the bathroom, the shelf was broken and anything placed on it slid off. The anti-slip material on the shower floor felt scratchy underfoot, and the door dragged along the floor and took a hard push to close. There was a coffee-like stain on the carpet, which was still damp from cleaning when I stepped on it. I was also frustrated that the $150 hold was taken out at check-in instead of showing as pending, as it does at other hotels. My brother had to send me extra money because of that. It wasn’t terrible, but those things got in the way.

After a long travel day, I was left figuring out how to get into the building and where my room was. I booked one night because a colleague had meetings nearby. There were no clear signs, and we circled the building several times since it looked like an office. At around 9 p.m., we had no instructions for entry. A man walking by happened to let us in. The self check-in didn’t say where to go afterward, so a kind maintenance worker walked me across the parking lot to another building and let me in. Without her, I couldn’t have entered or reached the elevator. The unit was a warm 75 degrees, and the AC wouldn’t go below 73. I tried opening the bedroom window, but there were men smoking pot in the lot across the street. Both nightstands had broken charging ports, and the ironing board was broken too. The place may look nice, but my stay was a complete disaster. I would never recommend it or stay again.

The apartment was quiet and clean, and my girlfriend and I really liked the feel of the place. We had plenty of parking, though we mostly parked on the street, and one staff member even offered us their spot on the first night. Check-in was smooth: I arrived about 45 minutes after it started, got help making our keys, and was shown to the apartment. The $150 hold was released the next morning without any trouble. I booked a couple of months ahead for my girlfriend’s birthday weekend and was pleasantly surprised by the price for a whole apartment. We’ll definitely stay again.

I felt safe the whole stay, and the furnished apartment had a well-equipped kitchen. The building was clean, and the staff were accommodating and great to deal with. They’re available by text or phone around the clock. Check-in and checkout were easy, with clear instructions sent ahead of time. It works well for either a short visit or a longer stay, and I’d book again if I’m back in town.
