Don’t spend your time or money here. The floors were filthy, bathroom tiles were coming loose and caving in, and there was black mold across the bathroom ceiling. Black marks covered the walls, the curtains had holes, and the toilet paper holders were pulling out of the walls. There was also a dried red mystery liquid on my bed that reminded me of blood. I booked two queen beds but was given two full beds. When I raised it with the front desk, they said they only had a room with one queen, even though I’d paid for two queen beds. This place is a joke.

This is a basic, clean, pleasant, and accommodating hotel, and it charges accordingly. After reading some reviews, I felt I should add that it delivered what I expected for the price. I only took a star off for the missing wastebasket in my room, and I was too tired to ask for another. For an overnight stop after a missed flight connection, it was fine. It’s not a five-star hotel, and they don’t charge five-star rates.

I regret having to spend three days here. I had no other place to stay and my money was tied up in the hotel. During that time, I encountered cockroaches on three separate occasions, and after checkout there was a bottle of pee beside my car. On the second night I was so upset that I cried while telling staff how much I hated staying there. They offered me another room, but I was already in mine and felt the whole hotel had a roach infestation. I just wanted to leave, but had nowhere else to go. They said the manager would speak with me in the morning before checkout. He wasn’t there, and staff said he’d call the next day. He didn’t. I had to contact the third party I used to pay. They claimed they’d called and tried leaving a voicemail because mine was full, but I received no call and my voicemail wasn’t full. I felt they were lying and didn’t respect me, especially when they were at fault. The way they handled both my stay and complaint was horrible and unprofessional. Please don’t stay here.

The first room I was assigned hadn’t been cleaned at all, with bedding and pillows scattered around and the windows wide open. After they treated this like it should have been expected, I was moved to another room, only to discover it had bed bugs. Now I have bites all over my body. This is the worst place I’ve ever stayed. Don’t stay here, you’d be better off sleeping in your car.
