We waited five days for a replacement TV and microwave before finally being moved to another room. That came with a $20 price increase, even though a phone representative had promised to lock in our rate. The new room had a TV but no cable, and a microwave whose door wouldn't close, so it couldn't be used. When I raised the issue, the front desk man yelled that he didn't care because we'd gotten a new room and asked what else I wanted. I wanted the working TV and microwave advertised, especially after paying $20 more. The toilet seat is broken too, and nobody has come to fix it. We were left for 24 hours with a bad clog and the room smelling of raw sewage. Almost nothing in the rooms seems to work, including the electrical sockets. I'm so disappointed.

We kept paying for the room because our finances were tight after I lost my job, and we couldn't afford to move. After two months in the same room, they put us on the DNR list without giving us even one warning. As far as I could tell, it was for a lack of physical, visible proof. I'd like people to read the rest of my review in the screenshots before renting here, for their own safety and as a fair warning. Google said my review was too long, but it was worth reading. The fridge in #308 was broken the whole two months we stayed there. We reported it after the first day and complained every day, but it was never fixed, and our food went bad. For the first week, the office kept saying they'd send maintenance, but nobody came. We eventually stopped asking. The sink clogged on day four; we told the office, and that wasn't fixed either. We got tired of complaining and getting no response.

The man who looks like Apu from The Simpsons was extremely rude. I've stayed at other Motel 6 locations, and this was by far my worst experience. He actually threw my ID at me and said that if I'd found it cheaper online, I should book there. As a company, you shouldn't hire employees like that.

Stay away! It feels drug-infested, and the pictures don't match what's posted. They charged my credit card as soon as I checked in and said there'd be no refund if I didn't like the room.
