We were in the area for my daughter's gymnastics meet, and Rafael made check-in a great experience. He was personable with both the adults and my daughter. When we headed out to dinner after dropping off our bags, he stopped us to suggest local mom-and-pop spots. The rooms were spacious and clean, but the customer service was the real standout.

The location is really convenient, near highway 422, with a Wawa convenience store and gas station across the street and several restaurants nearby. We stayed one night. The man who checked us in was pleasant and welcoming, though we didn't interact much with anyone else. Our room was clean overall and the beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows, but there was a musty smell. The bathroom had shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, and body lotion. Just be aware that the toilet sits low. Breakfast was complimentary, but ours wasn't good. We tried juice, yogurt, a sausage link that I spit out, flavorless waffles, and terrible scrambled eggs, then went elsewhere to eat. I'd stay again when in the area, but I'd get breakfast at a local coffee shop.

The staff have been wonderful during our two-night stay. The man who checked us in on 10/14/25 gave our Labrador Retriever lots of affection and told us useful things about the app and Honors Program that we hadn't known. This morning, a very friendly woman listened to our situation and resolved it quickly. I'm grateful for her help. The problem was the elevators. Both make a very loud ding at every floor, even when they aren't stopping there. From room 312 we heard them all evening, and the echo sent our dog into a full panic. We didn't work out what was frightening her until morning. The staff moved us straight to room 402, away from the noise, and she's relaxed now. Someone needs to change that sound or make it ring only at the floor where the elevator stops. It's way too loud as it is. Rooms seem hit or miss. The first room was only so-so on cleanliness, had a couple of broken things, and the mini fridge was left open, making the room smell like ketchup? The AC unit looked pretty gross. I think it might have been mold, but couldn't tell, so we left it off all night. In the second room nothing was broken, it smelled and looked clean, and the AC unit was clean when I checked closely. That matters because my husband sleeps with a CPAP. Both rooms were spacious. The shower curtains barely reached, but worked, and the water pressure was the best I've had at a Hilton-owned hotel, a godsend with my thick, waist-length hair. Free breakfast was fine, and waffles are always a hit. We'd come back, but I'll inspect the room more carefully at check-in. Also, those elevators need to be lit on fire.

The King Suite was spacious, nice, and close to the elevator, which was handy during a convention weekend. The room was clean, though I hadn't realized housekeeping only comes if you request it. Breakfast was standard continental fare, nothing special but enough to do the job. Check-in dragged longer than expected because one employee was tied up with another guest. It was a decent stay, though the service could have been smoother.

One of the fitted sheets in our room wasn't clean. When we called the front desk, they told us to come down and get a replacement so we could put it on ourselves. I've stayed in lots of hotels and had never been told that before. Then, when we went down, they said they didn't have any fitted sheets.
