All Season Suites

The location was great, and the king suite was spotless. It was huge, with its own bedroom and living room, plus a kitchen and bathroom. The hotel itself is older, but my room had been fully remodeled with new furniture and TVs. I’d definitely recommend it.

The shower had plenty of hot water and good pressure, and we could grab coffee before the breakfast buffet opened. Breakfast itself was wonderful, and the staff were friendly and helpful. It’s a very convenient base for Dollywood and other attractions around Pigeon Forge. We’d highly recommend staying here for a visit to the area.

The bed was unbelievably hard. I woke up sore and hurting every morning, and honestly might’ve been more comfortable in my car. That’s the one reason I wouldn’t stay again, though maybe I’d consider bringing a mattress topper, even if that’s a lot of trouble. Otherwise the hotel was great: really clean and spacious for our group of five, set back from the main road so it was easy to come and go, and the breakfast each morning was good quality. Without that bed, I’d have given it five stars.

Fiona at the front desk was so patient with me and my family when I arrived confused about check-in. She knew the answers to all my questions, and her customer service was outstanding. I also met her manager, who was very welcoming. The suite felt more like an apartment than a hotel and made us feel at home. It was clean and affordable, with a great vibe and a huge range of continental breakfast options. I recommend it to anyone looking for a great stay.
