Stony Brook Cabins kept in touch well before and during our stay, and they quickly sorted out a lock problem by phone when we called maintenance one night. They also left a Happy Anniversary card and little bear statues for us, plus an electronic coupon book that got us one free adult ticket to a dinner show, a $54 value. The cabin was comfortable, quiet, clean, modern, and spacious, with a phenomenal view of The Smoky Mountains. We saw bears and even a juvenile mountain lion just outside. It was a memorable stay, especially if you appreciate nature and a peaceful setting.
