Dollywood's DreamMore Resort

The room was comfortable, with a mattress that felt just right and really soft pillows. Staff were welcoming and smiling everywhere, and sanitizer was easy to find at each doorway. The whole property felt safe with security around, and even the tiny cracks and corners were spotless. DreamMore Resort sits among rolling foothills and tall mountain peaks, giving it that classic country feel. A peaceful place for a family getaway, and I’d highly recommend it.

Being so close to Dollywood made the trip easy, and the pool and shared spaces were great places to unwind afterward. The whole resort was clean and beautifully cared for, with a cozy but upscale mountain feel. Our room was spotless, quiet, and laid out comfortably, and the bed was great. From check-in through checkout, everything went smoothly. The staff were so friendly and made us feel valued. We’d happily come back, and I’d recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The omelette station was easily the best part of breakfast at Song & Hearth. The chef was friendly, skilled, and clearly cared about what he was making; my omelette was superb. The rest of the buffet didn’t come close to justifying the price. The waffles were dry like crisp cookies, the grits were lumpy and oddly sweet, the sausage tasted overly sweet too, and the scrambled eggs were cold and watery. The atmosphere was pleasant and the staff were friendly, but Reagan’s buffet is much better in quality and consistency for the money.

We had so much fun. The lobby was full of life, with singing and cute little families around. If you’re after quiet and hardly any people, this probably isn’t your spot. We were lucky to visit while the Christmas decorations were up, which made everything feel warm and inviting. The staff were so pleasant, and I hope I can come back someday.
