The pool was a hit with my kid, especially the indoor slide. I also appreciated that the water was warm enough that I didn't immediately want to get out, which has happened at other indoor pools I've visited over the past few years. We've stayed twice, and both times the rooms were spacious. The room we had this time had a beautiful painting of the mountains in fall colors. Some rooms have balconies, jetted tubs, or kitchenettes. Service this spring was nice, welcoming, and helpful. This past week, though, they told me on the phone they wouldn't honor returning-guest discounts because it's the busy season. Housekeeping was friendly and respected our privacy more than at any other hotel we've stayed at over the past couple of years. They knocked several times and waited for us to wake up and answer, asked if we needed anything, and even apologized for waking us. My mom was disappointed that the coffee station had no hot water, or tea, though she'd brought her own tea. I'd stay again if the price is good, and I'll remember that breakfast is only served Saturday and Sunday.

We got a voucher for the buffet breakfast at the restaurant right at the Resort, and the food was really good. The room was very clean, with a comfortable bed and a huge Jacuzzi tub. I even tried the slide at the heated pool at 60 years old, and had a lot of fun. I'll use them again next time I'm visiting. I'd give five stars, but I never give anyone five.

I've seen some reviews saying this hotel is bad, but my experience was excellent, and theirs may have been different. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the pool was well maintained, and our room was clean and smelled clean. The bed was comfortable, too. The whirlpool tub jets weren't as strong as I expected, but that's a small thing. They also had a rowing machine and an air dynamic bike. I'll definitely book again.

I'm pretty happy with the stay. The room showed some age, but for the price it was good. The staff were nice, and the rooms were always clean. One tip if your shower water isn't getting hot: let it run for a good 15-20 minutes before you get in. It takes ages for the hot water to reach your room, but once it does, it's pretty nice. Does feel like a waste of water.

We booked two nights, but couldn't get into our room until 6pm because they said they were running behind. We went to eat early while we waited. The room we eventually got had no view. That wasn't a big deal for the first day, but we planned to spend more time in the room on day two, so at noon I asked to move. Since their usual check-in was 3, or 6 in our case, I thought that was plenty of notice. They said they were fully booked and couldn't move us. The person was matter-of-fact and seemed not to care. I asked about checking out since there are plenty of hotels nearby, but was told checkout was at 11 and there'd be no refund if we left. It takes effort to be this bad at customer service. For the money, it's not a bad place, but if you need help, you'll find out you get what you pay for. I attached pictures of our unique view and the room across the hall that was being cleaned, the one we couldn't move to. Thanks, Grand....
