Hideaway Hills Resort has been our regular spot for about seven years, and we really like both the place and the area. There are seven themed cabins, with two to four bedrooms, and each has a hot tub. The larger ones also have a pool table. You’re only about five minutes from the main strip in Pigeon Forge, but the resort sits on a mostly private little hill. The roads are paved and easy to drive, and there’s a free in-ground pool on the property. I’d recommend it.

I bought into Hideaway Hills Resort while Cherokee cabin was being built. It’s a lovely cabin, and the other cabins are nice too. They’re tucked into the beautiful surroundings of the Great Smoky Mountains, with hot tubs and the modern amenities you’d want. I love this place. 🐻

These cabins have potential, but the condition is just gross. My kids’ feet were turning black from running around barefoot indoors. It’s so dirty and poorly maintained that I feel bad for the people who bought timeshares and still have to pay dues.

The cabins themselves are very nice, but housekeeping has been awful for the last two years. We have to vacuum and mop before we even unload the car, and I bring my own cleaning supplies. The shower curtains have mold and reddish-orange slime on them.

Our children and grandchildren love coming here, and we’ve been visiting Hideaway Hills Resort for several years. We’re planning to spend our 59th wedding anniversary there this October. One year, just the two of us got snowed in, and the trip was so peaceful.
