Joseph, Shannen, and Xander deserve a shout-out. When we had a small dishwasher problem, they responded quickly, stayed attentive, and made sure it was sorted out comfortably. Their care and professionalism really stood out. We had a great stay, and the three teenage girls with us were impressed too. We’d gladly come back and recommend the place.
The pools were a good size, and there were several of them. Our room was also well equipped, with a washer and dryer, sink, microwave, fridge, cooktop, plates, and bowls. I did miss having a restaurant or breakfast for guests, something every other Hilton seems to offer. Still, for the price, room size, and amenities, I can overlook that.
We visited during a lovely part of the year, with fall colors and fewer crowds both at the hotel and around town. The two-bedroom ground-floor unit worked well for our two adult couples and children, ages 6 and 8. The room looked nice at first, but a closer look showed it hadn’t been cleaned well. The ceiling fan blades had thick, caked-on dust. We skipped the patio because the AC units were right beside it. The room was reasonably comfortable, everything worked, and we could cast to the TVs throughout the unit. Mill Ridge Lodge sits back from the highway and the main Pigeon Forge road, so it was peaceful. The town is a tourist trap, but there are decent deals and lots of entertainment. We got a three-night package through Bluegreen vacations, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Hilton brand. The phone dealings with Bluegreen reps were the usual hassle, though the Hilton staff on site were very accommodating. Enjoy!
It was quiet and relaxing here, with nice scenery around the hotel and Pigeon Forge activities close by. Mill Springs Lodge is a very pleasant place to stay. The room’s decor and furniture were beautiful. I’d come back.
We stayed five days in October 2025. The room looked exquisite, but we couldn’t get decent rest because every footstep, rolling suitcase, and dropped item from upstairs came through. The balcony looked straight down onto a dumpster, and with no screen on the sliding door, bugs came in when we tried to get fresh air. The kitchen faucet took three days to get fixed, and the washer-dryer needed nearly four hours for a small load. I wanted to like the place, but I didn’t. I’ve stayed at several Hilton hotels nearby that cost less and were more restful.
