We won’t stay here again. The room didn’t get cleaned until I complained, and the carpet looked like it had mud all over it. There was poop on the wall behind the toilet paper, and the shower looked like it hadn’t been cleaned either. When we asked for extra towels, they gave us one and said they were out. How does a hotel run out of towels? The staff were so rude. This was the worst place we’ve stayed.

We found this hotel nearby when we wanted an extra night in Gatlinburg. It looked lovely, had a beautiful balcony view, and was close to the places we wanted to explore. Check-in was at 3pm; we arrived around 3:30, but the room still wasn’t ready. After waiting another 1hr/1hr30, it still wasn’t ready. Lauren and Sidoney were incredibly kind and helpful, and arranged an upgrade to a suite to make up for the delay. My husband and I didn’t mind waiting for the room to be cleaned, but they really went out of their way to accommodate us. Highly recommend. We’ll stay here next time we’re in TN ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!!!

I booked a 1 bedroom suite for 6 nights through the front desk. The email they sent didn’t say whether the room I booked was river view, so I called on 02/28/26 to ask. The night shift manager who answered was very rude and hung up on me. It was a really disappointing experience. I planned to stay there for 6 nights, but now I don’t think it’s a good hotel. People there are very rude. Unpleasant experience.

The rooms were very nice, parking was good, and the service was great. The front desk agent was especially friendly. I was on the top floor and had a beautiful view, though nearby amusement rides and traffic made it noisy, which is expected when visiting Gatlinburg. Getting into and out of the parking lot was the part I disliked. The road is very, very busy, especially on a Sunday night.
