Margaritaville Island Hotel

Chloe made sure we had everything we needed when she checked us in, and she was absolutely amazing. We told her it was our anniversary, and she did something special to make the stay memorable, as you can see in the pictures. The hotel is lovely and the staff is extremely friendly. We had the best time and will definitely be back because of her. Thank you, Chloe!

We loved staying in the heart of the island, and the staff were very friendly. Our room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and they give you lots of coupons to enjoy things on the island. There are two hotels, so make sure you pick the right one. The other is nearby on the parkway and I believe it’s called the island inn. It’s more of a run of the mill hotel with free breakfast. The island hotel where we stayed has river, village, and fountain views. We had the river view, which I’d recommend for a more peaceful getaway. The geese might wake you, but people won’t. It is Pigeon Forge, so there’s a strip mall behind the river and a highway, but neither bothered us. The hotel has a heated rooftop pool and hot tub, plus a bar and restaurant near check-in and spa services. Parking is $25 a night for valet, or $10 for regular parking. A tram runs on a loop from very early until late at night, with a stop right beside the lot, so you don’t have to walk. The walk is actually nice and not bad either. We walked to the car because that lot is the tram’s last stop. Coming back, the hotel is the tram’s last stop, so you get back very quickly.

The spa was the highlight of our honeymoon. The women there were skilled, and we felt relaxed, pampered, and rejuvenated afterward. From check-in on, everyone was outstanding, from the front desk to housekeeping. They were friendly and attentive, and seemed to care about making our stay special. We couldn’t have asked for a better location, and this was hands down one of the best places we’ve stayed. Five stars without hesitation. Thanks for making our honeymoon amazing. We’ll definitely be back!

Choosing an island view room means you can watch the water and light show from the balcony. The rooms were clean, fresh towels came daily without us asking, and it was very quiet at night. Valet parking made getting in and out easy, though the price is the one downside. It’s a nicer hotel, but I don’t think it needs to cost quite that much.
