Breakfast had plenty of choices, and the biscuits, gravy, link sausage, and eggs were really good. They could have had bananas, though. The room was roomy and laid out well, and the flush assist toilet was great. The beds were comfortable but made metallic noises when getting on or off them, the sofa was hard, and the living area needed more light. Though the rooms are non-smoking, ours smelled of smoke.

We got a very good price compared with other Pigeon Forge hotels, and I’d happily stay here again. The room was large, clean, and comfortable, with cold AC, a microwave, fridge, and a real sink for washing dishes. Breakfast was decent and had a nice variety. It was my first stay, and the location was perfect, close to everything. I’d recommend the hotel.

We’ve been making this New Year’s trip for 15 years, and we’ve found our new home. The front desk and housekeeping were excellent, and both the breakfast attendant and food choices were wonderful. Could we get more OJ, please? 🥰 Thank you all, and Happy New Year!

I booked a standard room for about $340 for two nights, including continental breakfast, and stayed here Oct 11-13, 2025. The room was spotless and everything worked as expected. Housekeeping refreshed it nicely while we were out, and staff were clear and straightforward: they brought extra towels and soap but explained they don’t provide moisturizer. Breakfast was the weak point. The eggs were bland and watery, the waffle maker wasn’t easy to use, the bread and bagels seemed stale, and the low-fat milk was basic. The juice was decent and the coffee just okay. I don’t eat sausage, so I can’t comment on that. The rooms were well maintained and the staff were excellent, but better breakfast would make this an easy full-marks stay.

I came with my son and dog for one night, and they were kind enough to put us on the first floor. I’ll definitely stay here again.
