The balcony door won’t lock. Its screws are just hanging there with nothing for them to grip, and even my own screwdriver didn’t help. The Wi-Fi in our room is terrible, so we can’t stream movies on the laptop. The room doors use actual keys, which feels wildly inconvenient in 2026. We’re here for the weekend, and the night shift woman was extremely rude to my husband when he got locked out. For the budget, I’d stay again, but not for the amenities or customer service. There are much better choices in the area.

The Norma Dan has been our regular place for years, and it feels like visiting friends. We keep a standing booking for one of the smaller rooms during Jeep Invasion, and the service is amazing. The rooms are clean, it’s American-owned, and the prices are more than fair, especially for rooms with a hot tub and fireplace. We’ll keep coming whenever we’re in Pigeon Forge.

The owners are just the sweetest, and everyone on staff was warm and welcoming. The room was great, and the indoor pool was perfect. I’d definitely recommend staying here and would come back.

So comfortable here. The bed was unbelievably soft, the staff and housekeeping were amazing, and I loved coming back to a made bed with the trash taken out every day. Really great experience.

We come to Norma Dan every year with our church group, and they always take care of whatever we need. The staff are the friendliest we’ve come across, and the facilities are clean and well maintained. There’s an indoor pool and hot tub, an outdoor pool and hot tub, and breakfast every morning. I’ve never worried about anything being stolen or messed with here. Everyone is helpful and friendly. I’ll always recommend this place to friends and family.
