Do not stay here. The pool and hot tub were filthy and smelled strongly of mold. The poolside bathrooms looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in years, and the smell made me gag. A dehumidifier was draining into the pool overflow drain. The hot tub water was so murky I couldn’t see the bottom, and it looked like a filthy river. We had to shower right away just to get the smell off after walking into the hot tub area. Are these pools ever cleaned or treated? I saw a note at the front desk saying another guest had complained about the pool and received a discount, but the man working there refused to offer us one. He said he hadn’t been to the pool recently and didn’t know what condition it was in. The room was also dirty. There were two diapers behind the bed and condiments in a nightstand drawer. They moved us to another room, which was better but still not good. Paper towels were stuffed into holes in the bathroom ceiling, and neither bathroom had a heat light. This was the worst hotel I’ve stayed in. I’ll dispute the charge with my credit card company and report the pool to the health department. It should be condemned. Seriously, don’t bring your family here. You could all get sick.

The room was awful and clearly hadn’t been cleaned well before we checked in. There was an empty food container in a dresser drawer and mold all over. A towel was stuck in the bathroom ceiling, and toilet paper was wrapped around the sprinkler. The toilet kept running. The pool area had trash everywhere and smelled terrible. The hot tub was a strange color, and I don’t think its filter was working. The lazy river was nice, but there was trash in it too. We left after showering and are now trying to get our money back through hotels.com.

We couldn’t stay and had to find another hotel so we could sleep. The room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, and the door wouldn’t close or lock properly, so anyone could have gotten in. The carpet was stained and didn’t look vacuumed. There was an old takeout container in a drawer, a towel stuffed into the bathroom vent, and mold stains on the curtain. The hot tub smelled bad, the water was so dirty you couldn’t see the bottom, and it didn’t seem like it had been cleaned or treated with chemicals. I’m trying to get a refund through hotels.com. I usually like leaving positive reviews, but this place doesn’t deserve even one star.

I got my money back and left as fast as I could. The room was filthy, with stained sheets and walls, a missing bathroom fixture, and a refrigerator that looked disgusting. There was what looked like puke on the uncleaned carpet, leaks in the ceiling, and fresh stains. The sink was dirty, had hair around it, and was leaking. I couldn’t find the trash can because it was under the sink catching water from a pipe with a rag tied around it. I smelled weed all night. There were safety hazards throughout the halls, and trash left untouched outside the room across the hall. A complete nightmare. Don’t stay here.

The room was the most acceptable part, with no bugs and some cleanliness, but the beds were uncomfortable, with springs digging into our backs. There were five of us and only two towels. The lazy river was the only heated water, and it felt like kids had peed in it. Its color was completely different from the bright blue pool, which was unheated and as cold as the outdoor river. You could see mold and other stuff on the walls in the hallways, and smell chlorine from several floors away. We’d read reviews and hoped they were wrong, but they weren’t. We checked out two days early and were refused a refund for the unused night. Maybe the hotel needs the money more than we do, so they can get the place in better shape. I’d rather stay at a Motel 6. If you have kids, take them somewhere else for an indoor pool. If you care about your well-being, go somewhere else even if it costs $200 more. I’m not satisfied at all. This place was awful, zero out of ten, and we won’t return.
