Poplar Point Condo Unit 12D - Two Bedroom Condo

My dad rented the place for all of us, and I know he tried, but we won’t return. The unit was supposed to be pet-friendly, yet the floor was dirty and the stained carpet needed cleaning as soon as we arrived. The game room’s pool table is too large for the room. The unit also needs updating: the quartz counter was cracked, the ceiling had patches, and noise from upstairs and next door came through easily.

The price was good and the place was comfortable. Some of the other occupants seemed to have a bad experience, though. There were animals, and at night you could hear them trying to open doors.

Everything was very clean, but it wasn’t peaceful. Since all the condos allow pets, other guests’ dogs barked nonstop during my stay, including one stretch that lasted more than two hours. Some people were loud too. The hot tubs also have no privacy.

This was a horrible stay. I got bedbug bites on my face, and my family was bitten up too. There were multiple condos on the property involved. I called repeatedly and got no response. I was told the manager was out of town and would get back, but it took about a week before we heard anything. I have close-up pictures and more I could say, but I’m considering taking legal action, so I’ll stop here. There were so many bedbugs.
