Quality Inn & Suites At Dollywood Lane

We chose Quality Inn & Suites at Dollywood Lane for two nights over spring break, mainly for its position right off Highway 441 in central Pigeon Forge. Lots of restaurants and attractions are nearby, and many are walkable. We got a decent price through a third-party booking site at the last minute, when we didn’t have many choices, so it did the job for a short, budget-minded visit. Still, I’d be cautious about bringing the family back. The kids liked the pool and splash features, although being so close to the highway felt a little odd. Staff were friendly, and housekeeping brought towels and handled basic upkeep promptly. Breakfast was simple and the room for it was small, but fine for getting going in the morning. The property feels dated, despite some signs of renovation, and the exterior room entrances give it an older roadside inn feel. Our suite looked promising at first, especially with a fireplace, but after one of us got bites from the sofa bed we wondered if there might be bedbugs. I wasn’t sure what to expect for the price, but the room was spacious and clean, and the location by Dollywood Lane and Denny’s was great. There’s a nice outdoor pool too. I was happy with the stay and will add this hotel to our places to consider when we come back next year.

This is about the front desk guy working tonight, May 15th, 2026. I’m sorry I didn’t catch his name. He was organized, friendly, and made check-in easy while arranging adjoining rooms for us. Right after we got to the room, my daughter spilled her water bottle in the bed. He happily walked with me to get fresh bedding. Some people get annoyed by extra work, but he was quick and glad to help.

We had a nice, convenient stay and the price was budget-friendly. The front desk wasn’t very conversational, but the food was good. I’d tweak breakfast with more waffle flavors and the occasional French toast. Room service was great: they made the beds and left clean towels each day while we were off in the mountains. They even put my kids’ little Pac-Man sleep toy in the middle of the bed. My wife and I thought that was so cute, we left a gift basket and whatever cash we had on us because they deserved it. I’d recommend this place.
